DnaSP is a software package for Windows; however you can also run DnaSP in Macintosh and Linux-based operating systems using Windows emulators.
 

Operating Systems

Windows
    Windows 95 / 98 / NT / XP / 2000 / Vista

Macintosh
    You can run DnaSP using SoftWindows, Virtual PC, Parallels Desktop or VMware Fusion softwares.

Linux/Unix
    You can run DnaSP using VMWare or Wine emulators.
