The DELPHI Observatory (http://www.ub.es/euelearning/delphi) supported by the EU e-Learning Action Plan has been analysing the results of a range of EU funded projects concerned with innovative learning technologies, to locate whether fundamental changes have arisen at the level of methodology, learning and organisational processes. The workshop will gather together researchers from different Member States who coordinated or were involved in projects funded under the MINERVA, IST and Improving Socio-economic Research programmes. The Workshop will address the need to valorise research done in this area, elaborate policy briefs suggesting new directions for research and recommendations for future policy directions. Transferability, sustainability and scalability are the key axes of the discussion on pedagogical, institutional and socio-economic innovations of e-learning projects.
